TNI log is a management system that has been designed for hospitality, restaurants, and retail operations. Our system allows you to create your own checklists, record, track and manage your vital information. Managers can now check the many detailed aspects of the operations efficiently with a hand held device (i-touch / i-phone), and record all areas directly to an online database .
Each checklist is created by the individual business, and includes:
1. The time frame that the check should be executed
2. SMS text alerts and emails when checks are due, and when they have not been completed
3. Limitless number of items to check
4. Font color alerts when temperatures and vital data is not in line with set protocols
5. Downloadable records of previous checklists (with search functions)
6. Can be location specific
TNIlog system allows you to manage multiple outlets in different locations. (eg: Los Angeles, New York, Abu Dhabi, Nairobi) Businesses that operate multiple outlets within their location can be managed very easily through the TNIlog system.
User security ensures that users only have access to their log system. A user can have access to all logbooks for a restaurant or ever a region allowing central management to manage by region, district, country etc. Given TNI Log is web based, users can view the day to day operations simply by logging in. It may be used on any 3G or 4G phone or handheld device with wifi access.
