For reasons of confidentiality we do not list projects that are not yet launched or in the public domain. Strategy and Turn around projects are not listed, and details of such will require an NDA, and will be subject to our client giving permission of disclosure at their discretion. SEGA International (US) The Next Idea developed food concepts for SEGA’s new high end restaurant and bar, World Sports Grille. The project included strategic concept review through to change execution, and included, food concept, menu development, menu engineering, marketing strategies, customer research, graphic design, manuals and training. The menu won many local awards and its burger was voted best burger in Tuscon 2 years in a row. Q Gourmet (Dubai, UAE) The Next Idea is retained by Q-Gourmet to develop its fine dining restaurant and food hall concept. Services include concept development, management structure and general related consulting. Another project has been placed with TNI by this client which is live March 2011, this includes: interior design, web design and branding. Rumba Room & Hauser Entertainment The Next Idea, has written three business plans for this group, and has developed several categorized strategic solutions for growth. In addition we produced the Rumba Room’s website and online marketing program. Allied Brothers Co. Companies Representation LLC [ABCCR](Abu Dhabi, UAE) The Next Idea is engaged by ABCCR to develop and consult 2 new concepts, project includes: brand development, concept design, menu development, interior design, manuals, training material and marketing. Both projects are live and expected to launch in UAE in 2011. House of Fraser PLC (UK) TNI provided a full scale strategic review and proposal for House of Fraser, culminating in the group’s re-positioning of its restaurant portfolio earning in excess of net $12m over 5 years. The project included refurbishment of the entire portfolio, along with the introduction of two Celebrity Chef concepts. Sushiitto(USA) Sushiitto is a 120 location business throughout Latin America and USA. The Next Idea is working with Sushiitto toenhance its fast casual Sushi concept in the USA. The project includes: layout maximization, customer research, interior design, menu alterations & training. Otis Jackson’s Soul Dog (USA) The Next Idea is engaged by the owners to develop and consult on this new casual dining concept, project includes: brand development, concept design, marketing, interior design, operations and management. Cappuccino (UK) The Next Idea is engaged by the executive management of this group to enhance and consult on all aspects of the training and recruitment for one of Europe’s most exciting café brands. Watermark Restaurant (USA) The Next Idea was engaged by the owners of this restaurant to help enhance performance at their high end restaurant and bar in Ventura. TGI Fridays (Franchise) (USA) The Next Idea has worked with a California based TGIF franchisee to assist with its marketing strategy and execution. Cassava Restaurant and Lounge, (USA) The Next Idea, has worked with the owners of this concept, developing their business plan and strategy for this exciting new fine dining concept. Saltwater Grill (USA) The Next Idea was engaged by the owners of this restaurant to help enhance performance at their high end restaurant and bar in New Orleans. |
