W Hotel, (Los Angeles USA)
The Next Idea has been retained to create the first Solo Tapas at the W. Hotel. The project includes: Interior Design, Layout, Kitchen Equipment and layout, restaurant ergonomics, branding, graphic design, menu development, Restaurant operating manuals and general restaurant consulting.
SEGA International (US)
The Next Idea developed food concepts for SEGA’s new high end restaurant and bar, World Sports Grille. The project included strategic concept review through to change execution, and included, food concept, menu development, menu engineering, marketing strategies, customer research, graphic design, manuals and training. The menu won many local awards and its burger was voted best burger in Tuscon 2 years in a row.
Pizzaro (Dubai, UAE)
The Next Idea was retained by Q-Gourmet to develop its new Pizza & Modern Italian restaurant concept, Pizzaro. (http://www.pizzaro.me) Services include concept development, restaurant interior design, express concept development, restaurant logo, website and menu design. The Next Idea handles all new location development for Pizzaro.
Rumba Room & Hauser Entertainment
The Next Idea, has written three business plans for this group, and has developed several categorized strategic solutions for growth. In addition TNI produced the Rumba Room’s website and online marketing program.
House of Fraser PLC (UK)
TNI provided a full scale strategic review and proposal for House of Fraser, culminating in the group’s re-positioning of its restaurant portfolio earning in excess of net $12m over 5 years. The project included refurbishment of the entire portfolio, along with the introduction of two Celebrity Chef concepts.
Sushiitto is a 120 location business throughout Latin America and USA. The Next Idea is working with Sushiittotoenhance its fast casual Sushi concept in the USA. The project includes: layout maximization, customer research, interior design, menu alterations & training.
Otis Jackson’s Soul Dog (USA)
The Next Idea is engaged by the owners to develop and consult on this new casual dining concept, project includes: brand development, concept design, marketing, interior design, operations and management.
The Next Idea is engaged by the executive management of this group to enhance and consult on all aspects of the training and recruitment for one of Europe’s most exciting café brands.
International Food Concepts (IFC) (Qatar)
IFC is one of Qatar’s largest multibrandoperator – their portfolio includes: Chillis, Johnny Rockets, Le Mirage and Macaroni Grill. The Next Idea was engaged to provide the 2012 marketing and related execution plan.
TGI Fridays (Franchise) (USA)
The Next Idea has worked with a California based TGIF franchisee to assist with its marketing strategy and execution.
Cassava Restaurant and Lounge, (USA)
The Next Idea, has worked with the owners of this concept, developing their business plan and strategy for this exciting new fine dining concept.
Blow Me Dry
