Account Manager [  ]
This role is a high level manager in the TNI organization and is responsible for driving revenues, increased revenues and Profits, People Development (Team Members) and, above all; Client satisfaction. Must be able to analyze and diagnose complicated client situations and requirements.  This role is responsible for driving the TNI organizational strategic vision and client acquisition.  The Account Manager must be able to set clear goals while establishing criteria for decision-making and direct change while maintaining operating effectiveness.  He/She must also be able to understand and convey to their teams and / or colleagues the Client's vision, goals, and strategies and dissect community issues relevant to the business. A passion for Client service, innovation, business development and perfection is a pre-requisite for this role. The Account Manager must have an understanding of diverse and international cuisine and concepts.

  • General Manager - NIGERIA [ Restaurants - Casual Dining & Quick Serve ]

    Responsibilities:

     

    Sales/Customer Service

    ·         Train employees in sales and first class customer service

    ·         Generate sales to increase profitability.

    ·         Provide input into stores projected financial plan.

    ·         Roll out approved sales projections to the field.

    ·         Provide input to establish criteria for generating sales to meet projected sales plan.

    ·         Maintain communication with the field to ensure sales strategy implementation.

    ·         Provide incentive(s) to achieve said goals.

     

    Store Operations/Controllables

    ·         Set up restaurants and train employees under all operating manuals provided

    ·         Implement costs and ratio goals.

    ·         Comply with all brand standards and SOPs as detailed by the Franchise Company and Management Company

    ·         Implement labor, maintenance, supplies and COGS costs budgets for the field.

    ·         Implement criteria for maintaining acceptable ratios for the field.

    ·         Provide communication to the field to ensure costs strategy.

    ·         Provide incentive(s) to achieve said goals.

    ·         Feedback to Client and Management company all issues and recommendations for improvements

    ·         Manage expense and travel budgets for the field.

     


     

     

     

    Development/Communication

     

    ·         Maintain company culture, vision and mission in the field and in direct areas of responsibility.

    ·         Communicate needs of the field to CEO & Management Company

    ·         Maintain professional communication with all corporate departments.

    ·         Oversee successful location openings ensuring all deadline dates are met

    ·         Implement performance standards to the field.

    ·         Hire, train and direct supervisory field personnel.

    ·         Provide continuous communication and follow up to strengthen the company’s training culture to the field.

    ·         Share in the development of operating standards for the company and implementation of the standards in the field.

    ·         Provide communication as needed for event employee participation.

    ·         Work closely with all support departments.

    ·         Maintain positive company morale.

     

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    ·         Minimum 10 years retail/F&B store management in food service multi-unit retail organization

    ·         Fluent in English

    ·         Commitment to training and development

    ·         Previous multi-unit manager experience preferred

    ·         Bachelors degree and or equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred

    ·         Experience in both quick service and casual dining industries a plus

    ·         Has demonstrated the professional skill set to work cross functionally with highly effective outcomes

    ·         Excellent verbal/written skills; well developed analytical skills

    ·         Strong ability to plan, delegate and communicate

    ·         Well organized and detail oriented; proven leadership skills

    ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
