A chocolatier uses his extensive knowledge involving the history, flavor, texture and other properties of chocolate to create desserts, candies and sculptures made from the tasty ingredient.

Chocolatiers know what, and how, certain elements (such as weather) can affect working with chocolate. They know the best quality of chocolates that are available to use in their craft. They also know how to create chocolate candies or masterpieces using various methods and techniques.

Advanced knowledge of how to properly melt, mold and temper all three types of chocolates (white, milk and dark) is needed.

Being a chocolatier can involve more simplistic creations, such as truffles and other small chocolate candies, to more complex, artistic chocolate showpieces.

5 Years extensive chocolate making experience at an advanced level. Looking for 5 star chocolatier who has experience at the top end of chocolate making.

Must have excellent training skills, and the ability to use a computer.
